Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Ya, Seen. 1 By the Wise Qur'an, 2 you are truly among the Messengers, 3 on a straight path, 4 A revelation of the Mighty, the Merciful. 5 so that you may warn a people whose fathers were not warned, and so were heedless. 6 Already hath the judgment, (for their infidelity) proved true of most of them, for they believe not. 7 Behold, around their necks We have put shackles, reaching up to their chins, so that their heads are forced up; 8 And We have set a wall before them and a wall behind them, and covered the top – so they are unable to see anything. 9 It makes no difference to them whether you warn them or do not warn them: they will not believe. 10 You can only warn him who listens to the warning and fears Ar-Rahman secretly. So give him good news of forgiveness and a generous reward. 11 Lo! We it is Who bring the dead to life. We record that which they send before (them, and their footprints. And all things We have kept in a clear Register. 12
