And when Musa said to his servant: I will not cease until I reach the junction of the two rivers or I will go on for years. 60 And when they reached the point where the two met, they forgot their fish, and it took its way into the waters, being free. 61 Moses asked his young companion when they crossed this point, "Bring us our food; the journey has made us tired." 62 He replied: 'What do you think, I forgot the fish when we were resting on the rock. None but satan made me forget to mention this; it made its way into the sea in a marvelous fashion' 63 He said: This is that which we have been seeking. So they retraced their steps again. 64 Then the twain found a bondman from Our bondmen, him We had vouchsafed a mercy from before Us, and him We had taught from Our presence a knowledge. 65 Moses said to him: "May I follow thee, on the footing that thou teach me something of the (Higher) Truth which thou hast been taught?" 66 (The other) said: "Verily thou wilt not be able to have patience with me!" 67 And how can you have patience for what you do not encompass in knowledge?" 68 Moses replied: "You shall find me, if Allah wills, patient; and I shall not disobey you in anything." 69 Said he, 'Then if thou followest me, question me not on anything until I myself introduce the mention of it to thee.' 70
