Hast thou not seen how We sent the Satans against the unbelievers, to prick them? 83 So hasten thou not against them; We are only numbering for them a number. 84 The Day will surely come when We shall gather the God-fearing like [honoured] guests before the Compassionate God 85 And drive the guilty towards hell, thirsty. 86 None will have [power of] intercession except he who had taken from the Most Merciful a covenant. 87 As it is, some assert, "The Most Gracious has taken unto Himself a son 88 This is certainly a monstrous lie! 89 Thereby the heavens are nearly torn and the earth split asunder, and mountains fall crashing down 90 that they have attributed to the All-merciful a son; 91 It does not become the majesty of the Compassionate God to take to Himself a son: 92 Not one of the beings in the heavens and the earth but must come to (Allah) Most Gracious as a servant. 93 He has enumerated them and counted them a [full] counting. 94 Every one of them shall come to Him upon the Day of Resurrection, all alone. 95 Indeed, the Most Compassionate Lord will soon create enduring love for those who believe and do righteous works. 96 We have made it easy in your own tongue in order that you proclaim the glad tidings to the cautious and give warning to a stubborn nation. 97 for, how many a generation have We destroyed before their time - [and] canst thou perceive any one of them [now,] or hear any whisper of them? 98
