No! By the moon 32 And the night when it departs, 33 by the brightening dawn, 34 Indeed hell is one of the greatest entities. 35 It is a warning for mankind 36 To any of you that chooses to press forward, or to follow behind;- 37 Every soul, for what it has earned, will be retained 38 save those who shall have attained to righteousness: 39 In gardens, they shall ask each other 40 About the guilty: 41 'What caused you to be thrust into the Scorching (Fire)' 42 They will answer: “We were not among those who observed Prayer, 43 Nor did we feed the wretched. 44 "But we used to talk vanities with vain talkers; 45 and belied the Day of Recompense 46 until the Inevitable End [death] overtook us." 47 So no intercession will avail them. 48 What aileth them, therefore, that they are from the admonition turning away? 49 As if they were alarmed donkeys 50 fleeing from a lion? 51 Forsooth, each one of them wants to be given scrolls (of revelation) spread out! 52 This will certainly never be the case! In fact, they are not afraid of the Day of Judgment. 53 There is no doubt that the Quran is a guide. 54 So, whoever wills may benefit from it. 55 But they will not remember except as God wills: He is worthy to be feared, and He is worthy of forgiving 56
