Al-Qaare'ah

The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

The terrible calamity! 1 What is the Calamity? 2 And what will make you comprehend what the terrible calamity is? 3 On that Day human beings shall be like scattered moths, 4 And the mountains will become as carded wool. 5 Then as for one whose scales are heavy [with good deeds], 6 He will be in a pleasant life. 7 But he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) light,- 8 shall plunge in the womb of the Pit. 9 Would that you knew what hawiya his? 10 (It is) a Fire which is extremely hot. 11

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
