Al-Dukhaan 3 of 3
The food of the Zakkum tree 43 shall be food for the sinners: 44 It is like pitch. It will fume in the belly 45 like boiling water. 46 (It will be said of such sinners), "Seize them and drag them into the middle of hell. 47 then pour over his head the chastisement of boiling water!' 48 (Saying): Taste! Lo! thou wast forsooth the mighty, the noble! 49 Indeed, this is what you used to dispute." 50 As to the Righteous (they will be) in a position of Security, 51 In the midst of gardens and of springs, 52 Wearing [garments of] fine silk and brocade, facing each other. 53 As such, We shall wed them to wide eyed houris (the virgins of Paradise). 54 In it they will ask for all kinds of fruit, with safety. 55 They taste not death therein, save the first death. And He hath saved them from the doom of hell, 56 as a favour from your Lord. That is the great triumph. 57 Now We have made it easy by thy tongue, that haply they may remember. 58 Therefore wait; surely they are waiting. 59

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
