Al-Naba' 2 of 2

Lo! for the duteous is achievement - 31 luxuriant gardens and vinyards, 32 and splendid companions well matched, 33 And a cup full (to the brim). 34 No Laghw (dirty, false, evil talk) shall they hear therein, nor lying; 35 a recompense from your Lord and an ample reward 36 Lord of the heavens and the earth, and (all) that is between them, the Beneficent; with Whom none can converse. 37 The day on which the spirit and the angels shall stand in ranks; they shall not speak except he whom the Beneficent Allah permits and who speaks the right thing. 38 That is the true day; so whosoever wills takes unto his Lord a resort. 39 We have warned you of the approaching torment. On that day, a person will see what his hands have committed. A disbeliever will say, "Would that I had been dust". 40
