The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
The (unprecedented) crash! 1 What is the Striking Calamity? 2 And what shall teach thee what is the Clatterer? 3 It is a Day whereon mankind will be like moths scattered about, 4 The mountains like the tufts of carded wool. 5 Then as for him whose balances are heavy, 6 He will live a pleasant life. 7 but he whose weight is light in the Scale, 8 A bereft and Hungry One will be his mother, 9 And what could make thee conceive what that [abyss] will be? 10 (It is) a hot blazing Fire! 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
