The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

When the earth is shaken by a terrible quake 1 And the earth throws out its burdens, 2 And man cries (distressed): 'What is the matter with her?'- 3 On that Day it shall proclaim its news, 4 as thy Sustainer will have inspired her to do! 5 On that Day will men proceed in companies sorted out, to be shown the deeds that they (had done). 6 So. he who has done an atom's weight of good shall see it 7 And whosoever hath worked ill of an atom's weight shall behold it. 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
