۞ And We inspired to Moses, "Travel by night with My servants; indeed, you will be pursued." 52 Then Fir'aun (Pharaoh) sent callers to (all) the cities. 53 (Proclaiming): "Surely they are a small band (of fugitives). 54 And verily they have enraged us. 55 We are warning all of you about them." 56 We deprived them (the unbelievers) of gardens, springs, 57 And treasures and honorable station - 58 Thus it was: but [in the course of time] We were to bestow all these [things] as a heritage on the children of Israel. 59 Then they followed them at the sunrise; 60 And when the two parties saw each other, the companions of Musa said: verily we are overtaken. 61 Moses replied: "By no means. My Lord is with me. He will show me the way." 62 Then We inspired Musa (Moses) (saying): "Strike the sea with your stick." And it parted, and each separate part (of that sea water) became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 And We advanced thereto the pursuers. 64 And We saved Moses and those with him, every one; 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 67 And lo, thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
