And those who disbelieve say: "When we have become dust, we and our fathers, shall we really be brought forth (again)? 67 Indeed we and our fathers had been promised this before. It is nothing but the earlier people's lore." 68 Say, [O Muhammad], "Travel through the land and observe how was the end of the criminals." 69 But grieve not over them, nor distress thyself because of their plots. 70 They ask, "When will this promise be fulfilled, if what you say be true?" 71 Say: 'It may be that riding behind you already is some part of that you seek to hasten on. 72 Surely, your Lord is bountiful to the people; yet most of them do not give thanks. 73 And verily thine Lord knoweth whatsoever their breasts conceal and whatsoever they make known. 74 for there is nothing [so deeply] hidden in the heavens or on earth but is recorded in [His] clear decree. 75 Surely, this Koran relates to the Children of Israel most of that which they are at variance. 76 and, verily, it is a guidance and a grace unto all who believe [in it]. 77 Surely, by His Judgement, your Lord will decide between them. He is the Mighty, the Knower. 78 So put your trust in Allah for you are on the manifest truth. 79 Indeed, you will not make the dead hear, nor will you make the deaf hear the call when they have turned their backs retreating. 80 Nor canst thou lead the blind out of their error. Thou canst make none to hear, save those who believe Our revelations and who have surrendered. 81 ۞ And when the Word is fulfilled against them (the unjust), we shall produce from the earth a beast to (face) them: He will speak to them, for that mankind did not believe with assurance in Our Signs. 82
