ART THOU NOT aware that We have let loose all [manner of] satanic forces upon those who deny the truth - [forces] that impel them [towards sin] with strong impulsion? 83 So take no hasty action against them; their days are numbered. 84 The Day We shall gather the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2) unto the Most Beneficent (Allah), like a delegate (presented before a king for honour). 85 And will drive the criminals to Hell in thirst 86 None shall have the power of intercession, but such a one as has received permission (or promise) from (Allah) Most Gracious. 87 And the disbelievers said, “The Most Gracious has chosen an offspring.” 88 Indeed ye have put forth a thing most monstrous! 89 The heavens almost rupture therefrom and the earth splits open and the mountains collapse in devastation 90 That they should invoke a son for (Allah) Most Gracious. 91 And it behoveth not the Compassionate that he should take a son. 92 All that is in the heavens and the earth will return to the Beneficent God as His submissive servants. 93 He does take an account of them (all), and hath numbered them (all) exactly. 94 And everyone of them will come to Him singly on the Day of Judgment. 95 VERILY, those who attain to faith and do righteous deeds will the Most Gracious endow with love: 96 So have We made the (Qur'an) easy in thine own tongue, that with it thou mayest give Glad Tidings to the righteous, and warnings to people given to contention. 97 And how many a generation have We destroyed before them! Do you see any one of them or hear a sound of them? 98
