3/4 Hizb 37
< random >
۞ We said to Moses: "Travel by night with My creatures. You will surely be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent gatherers to the cities. 53 (Saying): "These (Israelites) are but a small band, 54 And indeed, they are enraging us, 55 and we are a host on our guard' 56 So We made them leave their gardens and springs, 57 their treasures and their noble dwellings -- 58 As such we gave it to the Children of Israel. 59 Pharaoh and his people pursued them at sunrise, 60 And when the two groups saw each other, those with Moosa said, “They have caught us.” 61 Musa said: by no means; verily with me is my Lord; He shall guide me. 62 Then We told Moses by inspiration: "Strike the sea with thy rod." So it divided, and each separate part became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 We also brought the other party close to the same spot, 64 and We delivered Moses and his companions, all of them, 65 And We drowned the others. 66 Indeed in this is surely a sign, and most of them were not Muslims. 67 truly, your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 68

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
