And for him who fears to stand before his Lord are two gardens. 46 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 47 Of spreading branches. 48 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 49 With two springs of water flowing through them both. -- 50 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 51 In both of them there will be every kind of fruits in pairs. -- 52 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 53 reclining upon couches lined with brocade, the fruits of the gardens nigh to gather -- 54 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 55 Therein are maidens who restrain their glances, whom neither human nor jinn have touched before. 56 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 57 (In beauty) like the jacynth and the coral-stone. 58 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 59 Is the reward for good [anything] but good? 60 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 61 And besides these two are two (other) gardens: 62 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 63 Dark-green. 64 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 65 In [each of] these two [gardens] will two springs gush forth. 66 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 67 In both of them there will be fruit trees and date-palms and pomegranates. 68 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 69 In them are goodly things, beautiful ones. 70 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 71 Pure ones confined to the pavilions. 72 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 73 untouched by jinn or mankind before. 74 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 75 Reclining on green cushions and beautiful decorated carpets. 76 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 77 Blessed be your Lord's name, full of glory and majesty! 78
