And He it is Who brought forth for you hearing and sight and hearts, little thanks ye give! 78 And He it is Who spread you on the earth, and unto Him ye will be gathered. 79 It is He Who gives life and death, and to Him (is due) the alternation of Night and Day: will ye not then understand? 80 Nay, but they say the like of that which said the men of old; 81 They said: "When we are dead and have become dust and bones, shall we be resurrected indeed? 82 Certainly we are promised this, and (so were) our fathers aforetime; this is naught but stories of those of old. 83 Say: 'Whose is the earth, and whoso is in it, if you have knowledge?' 84 They will surely say: "Allah's." Say: "Then why do you not take heed?" 85 Say: 'Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and of the Great Throne' 86 They will say: (This is) Allah's. Say: Will you not then guard (against evil)? 87 Say: "Whose is the sovereignty over all things, who protects, and against whom there is no protection? {Answer) if you have knowledge." 88 They will say, "All this belongs to God." Say to them, "How are you then deluded?" 89 Nay, but We have brought them the truth (Islamic Monotheism), and verily, they (disbelievers) are liars. 90 Never did God take unto Himself any offspring, nor has there ever been any deity side by side with Him: [for, had there been any,] lo! each deity would surely have stood apart [from the others] in whatever it had created, and they would surely have [tried to] overcome one another! Limitless in His glory is God, [far] above anything that men may devise by way of definition, 91 Knower of the unseen and the seen, Exalted is He above that which they associate! 92
