Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)

The craving for excess wealth kept you people neglectful. 1 Until you visit the graves (i.e. till you die). 2 No! You are going to know. 3 Again, no indeed; but soon you shall know. 4 Nay! If you knew with a sure knowledge (the end result of piling up, you would not have occupied yourselves in worldly things) 5 you shall surely see Hell; 6 and you will see it with your own eyes. 7 On that Day, you shall be questioned about the pleasures. 8
