Proclaim (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “I am purely a Herald of Warning – and there is no God except Allah, the One, the All Dominant.” 65 Lord of the heavens and earth, and of what between them is, the All-mighty, the All-forgiving.' 66 Say: "This is a message tremendous: 67 Whence ye turn away! 68 (Tell them): “I had no knowledge of the High Council when they were disputing. 69 I have only received revelation to give you plain warning. 70 When thy Lord said to the angels, 'See, I am creating a mortal of a clay. 71 "When I have fashioned him (in due proportion) and breathed into him of My spirit, fall ye down in obeisance unto him." 72 Thereupon the angels prostrated themselves, all of them together, 73 Except Iblees; he was arrogant and became among the disbelievers. 74 (Allah) said: "O Iblis! What prevents thee from prostrating thyself to one whom I have created with my hands? Art thou haughty? Or art thou one of the high (and mighty) ones?" 75 He said: I am better than he; Thou hast created me of fire, and him Thou didst create of dust. 76 Allah said: get thee forth therefrom; verily thou art driven away. 77 And lo! My curse is on thee till the Day of Judgment. 78 He said: My Lord! then respite me to the day that they are raised. 79 Said He, 'Thou art among the ones that are respited 80 till the Day the time whereof is known [only to Me]." 81 He said: Then by Thy Might I will surely make them live an evil life, all, 82 excepting those Thy servants among them that are sincere.' 83 God said, "This is the truth, I speak only the truth, 84 I will fill up Hell with you and every one of them who follows you." 85 (O Prophet), tell them: “I do not ask you for any recompense for the performance of this task; nor am I given to affectation. 86 It is but a reminder to the worlds. 87 You will certainly know its truthfulness after a certain time. 88
