Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Did We not expand thy breast for thee 1 And We have taken off from thee thy burthen, 2 Which had weighed upon your back 3 And raised high your fame? 4 So, surely with every hardship there is ease; 5 Verily along with every hardship is ease. 6 So, whenever you are free, strive in devotion, 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
