Hizb 28
< random >
۞ And Allah has said: Take not two gods, He is only one Allah; so of Me alone should you be afraid. 51 To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and on earth, and to Him is duty due always: then will ye fear other than Allah? 52 Whatever blessing you have is from God, and to Him you turn for help when distress befalls you, 53 Then, when He removes the affliction from you, lo, a party of you assign associates to their Lord, 54 that they may show ingratitude for what We gave them. So, take your pleasure, you shall soon know. 55 And they appoint for that which they knew not a portion of that wherewith We have provided them. By Allah! ye will surely be questioned regarding that which ye have been fabricating. 56 They ascribe daughters to Allah exaltations to Him! But they themselves would have what they desire! 57 When news is brought to one of them, of (the birth of) a female (child), his face darkens, and he is filled with inward grief! 58 He hides himself from the people because of the ill of which he has been informed. Should he keep it in humiliation or bury it in the ground? Unquestionably, evil is what they decide. 59 Those who do not believe in the Hereafter deserve to be characterized with evil attributes whereas Allah's are the most excellent attributes. He is the Most Mighty, the Most Wise. 60
