Then whosoever does righteous works, while believing, his striving will not go unappreciated. We record them all for him. 94 There is a ban upon any city that We have destroyed; they shall not return 95 till Gog and Magog are let loose and slide down out of every slope; 96 the while the true promise [of resurrection] draws close [to its fulfillment]. But then, lo! the eyes of those who [in their lifetime] were bent on denying the truth will stare in horror, [and they will exclaim:] "Oh, woe unto us! We were indeed heedless of this [promise of resurrection]! - nay, we were [bent on] doing evil!" 97 Verily you and those you worship other than God will be faggots for Hell; and come to it you will. 98 If those had been gods, they would never have gone down to it, but in it they shall live for ever. 99 there shall be sighing for them therein, and naught they shall hear. 100 But those for whom a good reward had been fore-ordained by Us, will be far removed from it, 101 They shall not hear the least sound thereof, and in that felicity which their souls desire they shall be abiders. 102 They will have safety from the mighty terror, and angels will receive them, (saying:) "This is your day which had been promised you." 103 On the day when We shall roll up heaven as a scroll is rolled for the writings; as We originated the first creation, so We shall bring it back again -- a promise binding on Us; so We shall do. 104 Surely We wrote in the Psalms, after the exhortation, that the earth shall be inherited by My righteous servants. 105 Verily in this is a preaching for a people who are worshippers. 106 We have not sent you (Prophet Muhammad) except as a mercy to all the worlds. 107 Say: It is only revealed to me that your Allah is one Allah; will you then submit? 108 If they turn away, say to them: "I have warned you all alike; and I cannot say whether what you have been promised is near or distant. 109 God surely knows what you say openly and also knows what you conceal. 110 And I do not know if this is a trial for you and an enjoyment for a time' 111 He said: 'My Lord, judge Thou with truth! And our Lord is the All-merciful; His succour is ever to be sought against that you describe.' 112
