And assuredly We gave grace unto Musa and Harun. 114 and We saved them and their people from the awesome calamity [of bondage,] 115 And We helped them, so that they were the victors; 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture 117 And guided them to the Straight Path. 118 And We left for them among the later folk (the salutation): 119 Peace be on Moses and Aaron. 120 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 121 Indeed, they were of Our believing servants. 122 And Ilyas was most surely of the apostles. 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not be mindful of God? 124 "Will you call upon Ba'l (a well- known idol of his nation whom they used to worship) and forsake the Best of creators, 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 Then they belied him, so verily they are to be brought up. 127 excepting only [those who were] God's true servants; 128 And We perpetuated to him (praise) among the later generations. 129 Peace be upon Elias. 130 Verily, thus do We reward the doers of good 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 And verily Lut was of the sent ones. 133 Recall what time We delivered him and his household, all. 134 save an old woman among those that tarried; 135 and We destroyed the others. 136 And lo! ye verily pass by (the ruin of) them in the morning 137 and at night. Will you then not understand? 138
