Al-Inshiqaaq
The Splitting (Al-Inshiqaaq)
25 verses, revealed in Mecca after Shattering (Al-Infitaar) before The Romans (Al-Room)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ When the sky is rent asunder 1 and obeys its Lord as it must, 2 And when the earth is spread out 3 and casts out all that is within it and becomes empty; 4 obeying its Lord, as it must do! 5 O man, having striven hard towards your Lord, you shall meet Him: 6 The reckoning of those whose Book of records will be given into their right hands 7 will be easy, 8 And will return to his family in joy! 9 But as for those whose Book of records will be given behind their backs, 10 Will pray for death, 11 and he shall roast at a Blaze. 12 Behold, [in his earthly life] he lived joyfully among people of his own kind 13 for he never thought that he would have to return [to God]. 14 Nay, but lo! his Lord is ever looking on him! 15 So I swear by the afterglow of sunset; 16 by the night and what it covers, 17 And by oath of the moon when it is full. 18 Ye shall surely travel from stage to stage. 19 What is the matter with them, that they do not believe 20 And when the Qur'an is recited to them do not bow in adoration? ۩ 21 In fact the unbelievers disavow. 22 And Allah knows best what they hide, 23 So give them good tidings of a painful chastisement, 24 except to those who believe, and do righteous deeds, for theirs is an unfailing recompense. 25
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
