The Human (Al-Insan)
31 verses, revealed in Medina after The All Compassionate (Al-Rahman) before Divorce (Al-Talaaq)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Hath there come upon man (ever) any period of time in which he was a thing unremembered? 1 Verily, We have created man from Nutfah drops of mixed semen (discharge of man and woman), in order to try him, so We made him hearer, seer. 2 Verily, We have shown him the way: [and it rests with him to prove himself] either grateful or ungrateful. 3 We have prepared for unbelievers chains and collars and a blazing fire. 4 Indeed, the righteous will drink from a cup [of wine] whose mixture is of Kafur, 5 From a spring of which the votaries of God will drink and make it flow in abundance. 6 They fulfill vows and fear a day the evil of which shall be spreading far and wide. 7 they give food, despite their love for it, to the poor and orphans and captives, 8 [saying, in their hearts,] "We feed you for the sake of God alone: we desire no recompense from you, nor thanks: 9 "We only fear a Day of distressful Wrath from the side of our Lord." 10 Therefore Allah will guard them from the evil of that day and cause them to meet with ease and happiness; 11 And shall recompense them for that which they patiently bare with a Garden and silken garment. 12 Reclining there upon couches, they shall see neither the sun nor the moon. 13 And close upon them will be the shades thereof, and low will hang the clusters thereof greatly. 14 They will be served with silver dishes and crystal clear goblets. 15 goblets bright as crystal but made of silver, filled to exact measure. 16 And they will be given to drink a cup [of wine] whose mixture is of ginger 17 [From] a fountain within Paradise named Salsabeel. 18 ۞ There will circulate among them young boys made eternal. When you see them, you would think them [as beautiful as] scattered pearls. 19 And when you look there (in Paradise), you will see a delight (that cannot be imagined), and a great dominion. 20 They [i.e., the virtuous] shall be attired in garments of fine green silk and rich brocade and will be adorned with bracelets of silver. Their Lord will give them a pure wine to drink. 21 This is your reward. Your endeavour is fully acknowledged. 22

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
