When Moses said to his servant (Joshua): "I will not give up till I reach the confluence of two oceans, or I will journey on and on." 60 But when they reached the junction between the two [seas,] they forgot all about their fish, and it took its way into the sea and disappeared from sight. 61 So when they had gone beyond that place, Moosa said to his assistant, “Bring our breakfast – we have indeed faced great exertion in this journey of ours.” 62 He said, 'What thinkest thou? When we took refuge in the rock, then I forgot the fish-and it was Satan himself that made me forget it so that I should not remember it -- and so it took its way into the sea in a manner marvellous.' 63 Said Moosa, “This is exactly what we wanted”; so they came back retracing their steps. 64 Then they found one of Our votaries, whom We had blessed and given knowledge from Us. 65 Musa said unto him: shall I follow thee that thou mayest teach me of that which thou hast been taught a directive knowledge. 66 He answered: "You will surely not be able to bear with me. 67 How canst thou bear with that whereof thou canst not compass any knowledge? 68 Musa said: thou wilt find me, if Allah will, patient, and shall not disobey thee in any affair. 69 He said: Well, if thou go with me, ask me not concerning aught till I myself make mention of it unto thee. 70
