Verily the tree of Zaqqum 43 Is the food of the sinful 44 It is like pitch. It will fume in the belly 45 Like the boiling of hot water. 46 'Take him, and thrust him into the midst of Hell, 47 Then pour the punishment of boiling water over his head, 48 They will be told, "Suffer the torment. You had thought yourselves to be majestic and honorable. 49 This is certainly what you had denied." 50 Verily! The Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2), will be in place of Security (Paradise). 51 among gardens and springs, 52 Wearing [garments of] fine silk and brocade, facing each other. 53 Thus shall it be. And We shall pair them with companions pure, most beautiful of eye. 54 They will call therein for every [kind of] fruit - safe and secure. 55 They will not taste death again in it, except their former death; and Allah has saved them from the punishment of fire. 56 A grace from your Lord; this is the great achievement. 57 And We have made this Qur’an easy in your language, for them to understand. 58 So watch, [O Muhammad]; indeed, they are watching [for your end]. 59
