Al-Anbyaa' 7 of 7
Whoever works any act of righteousness and has faith,- His endeavour will not be rejected: We shall record it in his favour. 94 And a ban is laid on every town which We have destroyed, that they Shall not return. 95 Until, when Gog and Magog are let loose, and they hasten out of every mound, 96 and the time for the fulfilment of the true promise of Allah draws near, whereupon the eyes of those who disbelieved will stare in fear, and they will say: "Woe to us, we were indeed heedless of this; nay, we were wrongdoers." 97 Verily ye and whatsoever ye worship beside Allah shall be firewood for Hell: thereunto ye shall go down. 98 If those had been gods, they would never have gone down to it; yet every one of them shall therein abide forever;' 99 For them therein is heavy sighing, and they therein will not hear. 100 But those who have been promised a good reward by Us will be kept far away from Hell -- 101 no sound thereof will they hear; and they will abide in all that their souls have ever desired. 102 The great Horror [of the Day of Judgement] shall not grieve them, and the angels will welcome them, saying, "This is your Day which you have been promised." 103 On that Day We shall roll up the skies as written scrolls are rolled up; [and] as We brought into being the first creation, so We shall bring it forth anew - a promise which We have willed upon Ourselves: for, behold, We are able to do [all things]! 104 We have written in the psalms which We had revealed after the Torah that the earth will be given to Our righteous servants as their inheritance. 105 This is a lesson for those who worship (God). 106 We have sent you forth as a mercy to all mankind. 107 Say thou: this only hath been revealed unto me, that your god is only One God. submit ye then?! 108 But if they are averse, then say: I have warned you all alike, although I know not whether nigh or far is that which ye are promised. 109 God knows well all that is spoken aloud and all that you hide. 110 And I know not but that this may be a trial for you, and enjoyment for a while. 111 Say: "O my Lord! judge Thou in truth!" "Our Lord Most Gracious is the One Whose assistance should be sought against the blasphemies ye utter!" 112
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
