The People of the Woods denied the Noble Messengers. 176 When Shu'ayb said to them, "Will you not fear Allah? 177 Lo! I am a faithful messenger unto you, 178 "So fear Allah, keep your duty to Him, and obey me. 179 And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds. 180 ۞ Fill up the measure and do not diminish the goods of people, 181 “And weigh with a proper balance.” 182 and do not deprive people of what is rightfully theirs; and do not act wickedly on earth by spreading corruption, 183 "And fear Him Who created you and (who created) the generations before (you)" 184 They said, "You are only of those affected by magic. 185 You are nothing but a man like us, and we think you are a liar. 186 Drop down on us lumps from heaven, if you are one of the truthful' 187 Shuayb said: "My Lord knows well all what you do." 188 But they cried him lies; then there seized them the chastisement of the Day of Shadow; assuredly it was the chastisement of a dreadful day. 189 Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. 190 Verily Your Lord is Immensely Mighty, Most Compassionate. 191
