And he to whom We grant long life We reverse in creation; so will they not understand? 68 AND [thus it is:] We have not imparted to this [Prophet the gift of] poetry, nor would [poetry] have suited this [message]: it is but a reminder and a [divine] discourse, clear in itself and clearly showing the truth, 69 In order that it may warn him who is alive, and that the sentence may be justified on the infidels. 70 Do they not see Our handiwork: We created for them cattle which they own? 71 We have subjected the cattle to them so that some of them they ride and eat the flesh of others. 72 And they derive other advantages and drinks from them. Even then they do not offer thanks, 73 Yet they take (for worship) gods other than Allah, (hoping) that they might be helped! 74 They (the appointed Gods) cannot help them; and they and their armies will come (to Us), as captives. 75 So let not their speech grieve thee (O Muhammad). Lo! We know what they conceal and what proclaim. 76 Does man not consider that We created him from a [mere] sperm-drop - then at once he is a clear adversary? 77 And he strikes out a likeness for Us and forgets his own creation. Says he: Who will give life to the bones when they are rotten? 78 Say: "He who brought them into being in the first instance will give them life [once again,] seeing that He has full knowledge of every act of creation: 79 Who hath appointed for you fire from the green tree, and behold! ye kindle from it. 80 "Is not He Who created the heavens and the earth able to create the like thereof?" - Yea, indeed! for He is the Creator Supreme, of skill and knowledge (infinite)! 81 His command, when He intends anything, is only to say to it: Be, so it is. 82 All glory belongs to the One in whose hands is the control of all things. To Him you will all return. 83
