The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

The Striking Calamity - 1 What is the Striking Calamity? 2 How will you comprehend what the startling calamity is? -- 3 On that day, people will be like scattered moths 4 and the mountains will be like fluffy tufts of wool.... 5 Then as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be heavy, 6 Will have a tranquil life; 7 But as for him whose scales are light, 8 the Abyss shall be his home. 9 And what shall make thee know that which she is? 10 A Blazing Fire! 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
