The Companions of the Rocky Tract also rejected the messengers: 80 And we gave them Our revelations, but they were averse to them. 81 And they used to carve from the mountains, houses, feeling secure. 82 the blast overtook them early one morning. 83 And all that they had done (for security) availed them nothing. 84 And We have not created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, except with the Truth; and indeed the Last Day will come, therefore (O dear Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him), forbear graciously. 85 Surely your Lord is the Creator and knows (everything). 86 We have given thee seven of the oft-repeated (verses) and the great Qur'an. 87 So covet not things We have bestowed on a portion of them to enjoy, and do not grieve for them, and protect those who believe; 88 Say, "Indeed, I am simply one who warns." 89 even as We had sent warning to those who had divided their religion into fragments; 90 and also divided the Quran believing in some parts and rejecting others. 91 so by your Lord, We will question them all 92 For all that they used to do. 93 So proclaim that which thou art commanded, and withdraw from the idolaters. 94 Indeed, We are sufficient for you against the mockers 95 Who set up along with Allah another god; presently they shall know. 96 Well know We that thy bosom is oppressed by what they say, 97 But celebrate the praises of thy Lord, and be of those who prostrate themselves in adoration. 98 And keep worshipping your Lord, till death* comes to you. (* The certainty.) 99
God the Almighty always says the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
