The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
22 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Sun (Al-Shams) before The Fig (Al-Teen)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
By heaven of the constellations, 1 And by the Promised Day. 2 And the bearer of witness and those against whom the witness is borne. 3 (Self-)destroyed were the owners of the ditch 4 Fire supplied (abundantly) with fuel: 5 When they sat by it (fire), 6 fully conscious of what they are doing to the believers, 7 And they ill-treated them for no other reason than that they believed in Allah, Exalted in Power, Worthy of all Praise!- 8 Whose is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is a Witness of all things. 9 Verily, those who put into trial the believing men and believing women (by torturing them and burning them), and then do not turn in repentance, (to Allah), will have the torment of Hell, and they will have the punishment of the burning Fire. 10 Lo! those who believe and do good works, theirs will be Gardens underneath which rivers flow. That is the Great Success. 11 Indeed, the vengeance of your Lord is severe. 12 Verily, He it is Who begins (punishment) and repeats (punishment in the Hereafter) (or originates the creation of everything, and then repeats it on the Day of Resurrection). 13 And He only is the Oft Forgiving, the Beloved of His bondmen. 14 in sublime almightiness enthroned, 15 Doer of what He will. 16 Hath there come unto thee the story of the hosts 17 Of the Fir'awn and the Thamud? 18 But they who disbelieve are in [persistent] denial, 19 and God is behind them, encompassing. 20 Aye! it is a Recitation glorious, 21 [Inscribed] in a Preserved Slate. 22
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
