We were indeed gracious to Moses and Aaron, 114 And We delivered them and their people from (their) Great Calamity; 115 And We helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We gave them the explicit Scripture, 117 guided them to the right path, 118 And We left for them among the later folk (the salutation): 119 "Peace upon Moses and Aaron." 120 This is how We reward those who do good: 121 Verily! They were two of Our believing slaves. 122 Elijah too was one of the messengers. 123 When he said to his people, "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Will you invoke Baal and forsake [God,] the best of artisans 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your ancestors of yore.” 126 But they rejected him, and they will certainly be called up (for punishment),- 127 Except the sincere and devoted Servants of Allah (among them). 128 And We left for him [favorable mention] among later generations: 129 Peace be unto Elyasin. 130 This is how We reward the virtuous. 131 Indeed, he was of Our believing servants. 132 Lot was certainly a Messenger. 133 When We saved him and his household, every one, 134 Except an old woman who was among those who lagged behind: 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by them in the morning 137 and at night. Do you still not understand? 138
