The tree of Zaqqum will indeed be 43 shall be the food of the guilty sinners. 44 It is like pitch. It will fume in the belly 45 as the boiling of the hot water. 46 [A voice will cry], "Seize him and drag him into the midst of Hell. 47 "Then pour over his head the Penalty of Boiling Water, 48 Taste it - thou who [on earth] hast considered thyself so mighty, so noble! 49 This is what you used to doubt.” 50 Indeed the pious are in a place of peace. 51 amidst gardens and fountains, 52 wearing [garments] of silk and brocade, facing one another [in love]. 53 Even so. And We shall pair them with fair damsels large-eyed. 54 They will call for every kind of fruit with satisfaction. 55 They shall not taste death except the death in this world. And Allah will save them from the chastisement of Hell 56 a bounty from thy Lord; that is the mighty triumph. 57 THUS, THEN, [O Prophet,] have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own [human] tongue, so that men might take it to heart. 58 So watch, [O Muhammad]; indeed, they are watching [for your end]. 59
