Then whosoever does righteous works, while believing, his striving will not go unappreciated. We record them all for him. 94 Hence, it has been unfailingly true of any community whom We have ever destroyed that they [were people who] would never turn back [from their sinful ways] 95 Until when the way is opened up for Gog and Magog and they press from every elevated place, 96 when the true promise of God draws near, those who denied the truth will stare in amazement, crying, "Woe to us! We have been so heedless of this. Indeed, we were wrongdoers." 97 “Indeed you* and all that you worship** besides Allah, are the fuel of hell; in it you must go.” (* All disbelievers ** Idols and disbelievers who claimed to be Gods. The Prophets like Eisa and Uzair who were worshipped are exempt from this, and so are Maryam, and trees and the moon etc.) 98 If those had been gods, they would never have gone down to it, but in it they shall live for ever. 99 They will groan in pain therein, but no one will listen to them. 100 But as for those unto whom already the reward most fair has gone forth from Us, 101 They will not hear its faintest sound, and they shall abide in that which their souls long for. 102 the greatest terror shall not grieve them, and the angels shall receive them: 'This is your day that you were promised.' 103 The Day when We shall roll up the heavens as a recorder rolleth up a written scroll. As We began the first creation, We shall repeat it. (It is) a promise (binding) upon Us. Lo! We are to perform it. 104 And We have already written in the book [of Psalms] after the [previous] mention that the land [of Paradise] is inherited by My righteous servants. 105 Verily in this (Qur'an) is a Message for people who would (truly) worship Allah. 106 We have sent you forth as nothing but mercy to people of the whole world. 107 Say: "It has but been revealed unto me that your God is the One and Only God: will you, then, surrender yourselves unto Him?" 108 Then if they turn away, say thou: I have proclaimed unto you all alike, and I know not whether nigh or far is that which ye are promised, 109 He knows surely what you say aloud, and what you hide within your breasts. 110 And I know not, perhaps it may be a trial for you, and an enjoyment for a while. 111 He also said, "Lord, judge (us) with Truth. Our Lord is the Beneficent One whose help I ask against the blasphemies you say about Him". 112
