And, indeed We gave Our Grace to Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron). 114 And delivered them and their people from the great affliction. 115 and succoured them, so that [in the end] it was they who achieved victory. 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture; 117 guided them to the right path, 118 And We left for them among the later folk (the salutation): 119 Peace be with Moses and Aaron. 120 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 121 They were among Our believing worshipers. 122 And indeed, Elias was from among the messengers, 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not fear Allah? 124 "Will you call upon Ba'l (a well- known idol of his nation whom they used to worship) and forsake the Best of creators, 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your fathers of yore? 126 They called him a liar. Thus, all of them will suffer torment 127 But not the servants of Allah, the purified ones. 128 And we left for him among the later folk (the salutation): 129 "Peace be upon Elijah and his followers!" 130 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 131 Verily he was one of Our bondmen believing. 132 And indeed, Lot was among the messengers. 133 When We delivered him and his followers, all-- 134 Except an old woman who was among those who lagged behind: 135 and We destroyed the rest. 136 And lo! ye verily pass by (the ruin of) them in the morning 137 and at night. Do you still not understand? 138
