The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Ta, Seen, Meem. 1 These are the verses of the perspicuous Book. 2 Possibly you may risk your life (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) by grieving, because they did not believe. 3 Had We wanted, We would have sent them a miracle from the sky to make their heads hang down in submission. 4 And never comes there unto them a Reminder as a recent revelation from the Most Beneficent (Allah), but they turn away therefrom. 5 So they have cried lies; therefore assuredly tidings will come to them of that they mocked at. 6 Have they not seen the earth in which We have made gracious plants grow? 7 Verily there are signs in this; yet many of them do not believe. 8 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 9
