Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after Bounty (Al-Kawthar) before Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The craving for excess wealth kept you people neglectful. 1 Until you come to the graves. 2 Yes certainly, you will soon realise! 3 Again, Nay! You shall come to know! 4 You will certainly have the knowledge of your deeds beyond all doubt. 5 You will be shown hell 6 Again, ye shall see it with certainty of sight! 7 Then, on that day, you will be questioned about the bounties (of God). 8

Almighty God's Truth.
