3/4 Hizb 37
< random >
۞ We sent a revelation to Moses telling him to leave with our servants during the night; they would be pursued (by the Pharaoh). 52 Then the Pharaoh sent announcers to the cities, 53 (Who said): Lo! these indeed are but a little troop, 54 and indeed they are enraging us; 55 And most surely we are a vigilant multitude. 56 Then We drave them forth from gardens and springs. 57 and treasures and a noble station; 58 and We made the Children of Israel inheritors of these bounties. 59 Then they pursued them at sunrise. 60 So when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa cried out: Most surely we are being overtaken. 61 Musa said: by no means; verily with me is my Lord; He shall guide me. 62 Then We inspired Musa (Moses) (saying): "Strike the sea with your stick." And it parted, and each separate part (of that sea water) became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 Then We brought the others to that place. 64 We saved Moses and all the people with him 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 67 And verily thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
