The Comet (Al-Taareq)
17 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Town (Al-Balad) before The Moon (Al-Qamar)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
By heaven and the night-star! 1 How will you comprehend what the night star is? 2 (It is a nightly radiant star). 3 There is no human being but has a protector over him (or her) (i.e. angels incharge of each human being guarding him, writing his good and bad deeds, etc.) 4 Let man consider what he was made of: 5 He is created from a drop emitted- 6 Proceeding from between the backbone and the ribs: 7 Most surely He is able to return him (to life). 8 on the Day when all secrets will be laid bare, 9 [man] will have no power, and no helper. 10 Consider the heavens, ever-revolving, 11 and the replenishing earth, 12 surely it is a decisive word; 13 and is not to be taken lightly. 14 They are cunningly devising, 15 but I too plan against them. 16 Let, then, the deniers of the truth have their will: let them have their will for a little while. 17
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
