Do you not see that We have appointed devils to incite those who deny the truth to disobedience? 83 (Muhammad), exercise patience; We have given them respite only for an appointed time. 84 On the Day whereon We shall gather the God-feaing unto the Compassionate as an embassy. 85 and We shall drive the guilty ones to Hell as a thirsty herd. 86 no one will be able to intercede for the others except those whom the Beneficent God has given authority. 87 And they say, 'The All-merciful has taken unto Himself a son. 88 Indeed ye have put forth a thing most monstrous! 89 Well-nigh the heavens are rent thereat and the earth cleft in sunder and the mountains fall down in pieces. 90 That they attribute to the Most Merciful a son. 91 It does not become the majesty of the Compassionate God to take to Himself a son: 92 All that is in the heavens and the earth will return to the Beneficent God as His submissive servants. 93 indeed, He has full cognizance of them, and has numbered them with [unfailing] numbering; 94 each one of them shall come to Him one by one on the Day of Judgement. 95 The Lord of Mercy will bestow affection upon those who believe and perform righteous deeds. 96 So, [O Muhammad], We have only made Qur'an easy in the Arabic language that you may give good tidings thereby to the righteous and warn thereby a hostile people. 97 And many a generation We did destroy before them; do you see any one of them or hear their faintest sound? 98
