The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

By the (steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 sparks of fire striking, 2 by the dawnraiders, 3 and blaze a trail of dust, 4 Then penetrate to the centre of the enemy army. 5 Indeed mankind, to his Lord, is ungrateful. 6 And most surely he is a witness of that. 7 And verily in the love of wealth he is vehement, 8 ۞ Does he not then know when what is in the graves is raised, 9 and the secrets of the hearts are laid bare (and examined)? 10 Surely on that Day will their Lord be fully informed about them. 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
