The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
When the earth is shaken with its violent shaking, 1 And the earth throws out its burdens, 2 And man will say: "What is the matter with it?" 3 On that day she shall tell her news, 4 having been inspired by your Lord. 5 On that Day will men proceed in companies sorted out, to be shown the deeds that they (had done). 6 and whoso has done an atom's weight of good shall see it, 7 And whosoever hath worked ill of an atom's weight shall behold it. 8
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
