Say: 'Lord, if You should show me that which they are promised, 93 “Therefore my Lord, do not group me with the unjust.” 94 And indeed We are Able to show you the promise they are given. 95 Respond to the injustice (done to you) with the better deed. We know best what they attribute to God. 96 And say: My Lord! I seek refuge in Thee from suggestions of the evil ones, 97 "And I seek refuge with Thee O my Lord! lest they should come near me." 98 (In Falsehood will they be) Until, when death comes to one of them, he says: "O my Lord! send me back (to life),- 99 so that perhaps I shall act righteously for the rest of my life." Although he will say so but his wish will never come true. After death they will be behind a barrier until the day of their resurrection. 100 So when the Trumpet is blown – so there will neither be any relationship among them* that day, nor will they ask about one another. (The disbelievers) 101 Then those whose balance (of good deeds) is heavy,- they will attain salvation: 102 And the ones whose scales prove light – it is they who put their lives into ruin, remaining in hell forever. 103 the fire will scorch their faces, and they will abide therein with their lips distorted in pain. 104 'What, were My signs not recited to you, and you cried them lies?' 105 They will answer, "Lord, misfortune overcame us and we became an erring people. 106 Our Lord! Take us out of this. Then if we revert (to evil-doing) we shall indeed be wrongdoers." 107 He will say, "Be quiet and say nothing." 108 Verily there was a party of My bondmen who said: our Lord! we have believed, wherefore forgive us and have mercy upon us, and Thou art the Best of the merciful ones! 109 But you took them for a laughingstock, so much so that they made you forget My Remembrance while you used to laugh at them! 110 Verily I have recompensed them today, for they bore patiently, verily they are the achievers. 111 [And] He will ask [the doomed]: "What number of years have you spent on earth?" 112 They will say, “We stayed a day or part of a day, so ask those who keep count.” 113 He will say: "You stayed there only a moment, if you knew. 114 Then did you think that We created you uselessly and that to Us you would not be returned?" 115 Now Allah be Exalted, the True King! There is no Allah save Him, the Lord of the Throne of Grace. 116 Whosoever calls upon another god, other than Allah, having no proof his reckoning will be with his Lord. The unbelievers shall never prosper. 117 And say thou: my Lord! forgive and have mercy, and Thou art the Best of the merciful ones. 118
