The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
When Earth is shaken with her (final) earthquake 1 And the earth throws out its burdens. 2 And man will say: "What is the matter with it?" 3 That day it will narrate its annals, 4 having been inspired by your Lord. 5 On that day men shall come forth in sundry bodies that they may be shown their works. 6 So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, 7 And whosoever has done even an atom's weight of evil will behold that. 8
God the Almighty always says the truth.
