Proclaim (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “I am purely a Herald of Warning – and there is no God except Allah, the One, the All Dominant.” 65 Lord of the heavens and earth, and of what between them is, the All-mighty, the All-forgiving.' 66 Say thou: it is a tiding mighty. 67 (And) you are turning aside from it: 68 I had no knowledge of the Highest Chiefs when they disputed; 69 I am told (about matters) by means of revelation only because I am a clear warner.” 70 When your Lord said to the angels: "I am going to create a man from clay; 71 and when I have formed him fully and breathed My spirit into him, prostrate yourselves before him." 72 So the angels prostrated - all of them entirely. 73 save Iblis: he gloried in his arrogance, and [thus] became one of those who deny the truth. 74 He (Allah) said: 'iblis, what prevented you from prostrating yourself towards that which I have created with My Hands? Have you become too proud, or are you among the grand' 75 He replied: “I am nobler than he. You created me from fire and created him from clay.” 76 Said He, 'Then go thou forth hence; thou art accursed. 77 "And My curse shall be on thee till the Day of Judgment." 78 But Satan said, "My Lord, grant me respite until the Day of Resurrection," 79 The Lord said, "You will only be given a respite 80 “Until the time of the known day.” 81 [Iblees] said, "By your might, I will surely mislead them all 82 [all] save such of them as are truly Thy servants!" 83 Said Allah, “So this is the truth; and I speak only the truth.” – 84 That I shall fill hell with thee and with such of them as follow thee, together. 85 (Muhammad), say, "I do not ask any reward for my preaching to you for I am not a pretender. 86 It is but a reminder to the worlds. 87 And you will surely know [the truth of] its information after a time." 88
