We indeed created man; and We know what his soul whispers within him, and We are nearer to him than the jugular vein. 16 When the two receiving angels receive from him, one seated on the right and one on the left. 17 Not a word does he (or she) utter, but there is a watcher by him ready (to record it). 18 The trance of death will come revealing the truth: that is what you were trying to escape. 19 And the trumpet shall be blown; that is the day of the threatening. 20 And every person will come forth along with an (angel) to drive (him), and an (angel) to bear witness. 21 Certainly you were heedless of it, but now We have removed from you your veil, so your sight today is sharp. 22 His (angelic) companion will say, "(Lord), the record of his deeds is with me and is all ready". 23 (The sentence will be:) "Throw, throw into Hell every contumacious Rejecter (of Allah)!- 24 Hinderer of good, trespasser, doubter 25 Who had set up another god with God. Cast him into severe torment." 26 ۞ And his comrade shall say, 'Our Lord, I made him not insolent, but he was in far error.' 27 He (Allah) will say: 'Do not dispute before Me. I sent you a warning beforehand. 28 My word shall not be changed, nor am I in the least unjust to the servants. 29

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
