[O MEN!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 He raised its ceiling and proportioned it. 28 and He has made dark its night and brought forth its light of day. 29 And after that He spread the earth, 30 produced water and grass therefrom, 31 And the mountains He has fixed firmly; 32 [all this] as a means of livelihood for you and your animals. 33 Then when the Grand Calamity shall come 34 The day when man will call to mind his (whole) endeavour, 35 and Hell is there for all to see, 36 Then as for him who is inordinate, 37 And preferred the life of this world (by following his evil desires and lusts), 38 will find himself in Hell; 39 but one who fears to stand before his Lord and restrained himself from base desires, 40 most surely his abode shall be Paradise. 41 They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival? 42 About what! You are one to remind of it. 43 This matter is in the hands of your Lord. 44 Your duty is only to warn him who fears it. 45 On the day that they see it, it will be as though they had not tarried but the latter part of a day or the early part of it. 46
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat). Sent down in Mecca after The News (Al-Naba') before Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
