The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
By the (steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 then raise sparks of fire (by their hoofs), 2 And the chargers at dawn, 3 And raise the dust in clouds the while, 4 which engulfs the enemy. 5 Truly man is, to his Lord, ungrateful; 6 and he himself is a witness to that, 7 and surely he loves riches with a passionate loving. 8 ۞ Is he not aware that when whatever lies (buried) in the graves is overthrown; 9 And what is in the breasts is made apparent? 10 That their Lord had been Well-acquainted with them, (even to) that Day? 11
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
