Noah said, "Lord, they have disobeyed me and followed those whose wealth and children will only bring about destruction for them. 21 And who have plotted a tremendous plot 22 And they have said: Forsake not your gods. Forsake not Wadd, nor Suwa', nor Yaghuth and Ya'uq and Nasr. 23 And they have led many astray. (Noah supplicated saying): 'Allah, do not increase the harmdoers except in error' 24 And because of their transgressions they were drowned, and admitted into a Fire, for they found not, apart from God, any to help them. 25 And Noah said, "My Lord, do not leave upon the earth from among the disbelievers an inhabitant. 26 if You leave any, they will misguide Your servants, and they will beget none but sinners and deniers of truth -- 27 "O my Sustainer! Grant Thy forgiveness unto me and unto my parents, and unto everyone who enters my house as a believer, and unto all believing men and believing women [of later times]; and grant Thou that the doers of evil shall increasingly meet with destruction!" 28
