Are ye harder to create or the heaven which He hath builded? 27 He raised the height thereof and ordered it; 28 And He made its night dark, and started its light. 29 After this, He spread out the earth, 30 produced water and grass therefrom, 31 and firmly fixed in it mountains; 32 [all this] as a means of livelihood for you and your animals. 33 But when there comes the greatest catastrophe (i.e. the Day of Recompense, etc.), 34 The day when man remembers all that he had done, 35 and when Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 anyone who has acted arrogantly 37 and preferred the worldly life, 38 Verily the Scorch! that shall be his resort. 39 But he who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained his self from vain desires, 40 Verily, Paradise will be his abode. 41 They ask you: "When will the Hour be? When is its time fixed?" 42 What art thou about, to mention it? 43 Towards your Lord only is its conclusion. 44 Thou art but [sent] to warn those who stand in awe of it. 45 It shall be as if; on the day they see it, they have but tarried for an evening, or its forenoon. 46
